How an appointment works.
Consistent results come from an expert method. Every appointment follows the same three steps.

Assessment
Before anything is applied we read the hair: condition, porosity, elasticity, colour history, heat damage, scalp. What we find determines the service.
II
Precision
Strengths, processing times and iron temperatures are set to your hair rather than to a standard. Fine, previously lightened hair is treated with a lighter hand than thick virgin hair.

Longevity
Every service closes with the cuticle sealed, and you leave knowing exactly how to maintain it. The result is built to hold for weeks.
The salon
The room is quiet, and it is yours.
Green, calm and unhurried. We take one client at a time, by appointment only, so the room and the stylist are yours for the whole appointment.

Healthy hair grows from a healthy scalp. This protocol rebalances and decongests the scalp first, then conditions the lengths.

Lightening, toning, treatment and finish, all in the price. We agree the result with you at the consultation, and that is the result you leave with.
